Greetings.
Promoting the vision of sovereignty is still one of the main goals in the political and diplomatic sphere in Israel. Without minimizing the great importance of the struggle against the Corona virus, the effort to rehabilitate the Israeli economy and unite the various sectors of Israeli society, we cannot forget for a moment the content, the basis and the essence, the implementation of the Zionist vision, which is why we have gathered here in the Land of Israel for a shared, healthy life, the vision of the People of Israel’s sovereignty in its Land.
Led by the energetic Member of Knesset Ariel Kellner of the Likud, a special meeting was held this week to deal with the practical implementation of Israeli sovereignty in Judea and Samaria while strengthening and fortifying the settlement enterprise and anchoring Israel’s sovereignty over these areas in law.
Members of Knesset, ministers, heads of councils and other public figures participated and made remarks on the issue of the Israeli government’s commitment to realizing the vision of strengthening the Jewish holdings in all parts of the Land of Israel now, by taking advantage of the political window of opportunity. The members of Knesset also related to our duty to mobilize ourselves for the battle to stop the Arab takeover of Area C as part of the Arab trend to determine political and practical facts on the ground.
We represented the Sovereignty Movement at the meeting, emphasizing the immediate need to consolidate the consensus that already exists in favor of applying Israeli sovereignty over the Jordan Valley.
We add that despite the great importance of practical holdings on the ground and determining facts of sovereignty by means of settlement, agriculture, paving roads, etc., we must take care not to leave the great and correct vision behind. We must not be satisfied with just practical deeds, as important as they are, but we must continue to demand the realization of the vision of Israeli sovereignty over the Land of Israel in its entirety. This is the most historic, ethical, just and appropriate step – this is the Zionist mission for the present generation.

In the footsteps of giants
Our movement offers praise and encouragement to those who have returned to Sa-Nur in northern Samaria. It is to your credit that you seek to repair, even a bit, the tragic injustice that occurred on the soil of northern Samaria and Gush Katif. With your important step, you restore the brilliance of vision for the masses of the House of Israel who hope to see the banner of settlement again leading them on the way to realizing the Zionist dream in the Land of Israel.
Do not fear and don’t be troubled even if you encounter difficulties and opposition. There is no act more just and ethical than the return of Jewish settlement to every place where it ever has been and even the demand to expand and enlarge it for future generations. Beloved and ethical pioneers, you are walking in the footsteps of giants of the settlement enterprise, who paved the pave leading to half a million Jews living in Judea and Samaria.
Promoting new ideas
Last week, we participated in a very important Zoom discussion with members of AFSI abroad. Together, we raised points for clarification and further joint thought, as well as ideas for practical action that are possible and important to be promoted even now.
During the discussion, we emphasized the duty not to remove from the agenda, the topic of sovereignty, the promotion of the process of sovereignty over the Jordan Valley and among other things, the suggestion was raised to establish an office of sovereignty in Washington, where we would act continually to promote the idea whether there is a Democratic president or a Republican president in the White House. The Office of Sovereignty would be an address for activity to support and strengthen the vision of sovereignty vis-à-vis elements within the American administration, whom, as we all know, are sometimes necessary to promote Israel’s Zionist acts and trends. We’d love to hear from you as to how we can go about such a plan.

Sovereignty does not give in to crime
We would like to register a protest here, against the decision that was taken recently to freeze the Kaminitz Law, which is intended to uphold the State of Israel’s sovereignty and law over all sectors of society. The decision to freeze the process of sanctions against those who break construction laws in the Arab sector for two years, during which regulation will advance, is a severe violation to Israel’s sovereignty.
The decision, which turns Israeli law into something flexible, brittle and subject to pressures, is a shameful decision that encourages criminals, who now understand that crime and violence deter the Israeli legislature. Our movement calls on members of Knesset to come to their senses and stand strong against this phenomenon promoted by Minister of Justice Nissenkorn.
Israeli sovereignty is the application of the laws and regulations of the State of Israel over all parts of the Land of Israel, without caving in to pressures and intimidation.
At the gate of Heaven
We would like to encourage Head of the Coalition Member of Knesset Miki Zohar, for his clear and correct remarks during his visit at the historical site in Beit El Council.
Member of Knesset Zohar stated that the next phase should be the application of sovereignty over the entire Land of Israel, and that we must make it clear that we are here by right and that no one will move us from our Land.

The man from the valley
Here, we would like to reinforce the words of Member of Knesset Uzi Dayan in an interview that he gave to Arutz 7, where he stated that this period of transition between administrations in the U.S. is the right and suitable time to determine facts of sovereignty on the ground, and they can be done even without creating a conflict with the new administration.
Member of Knesset Dayan emphasized the importance of the application of sovereignty over the Jordan Valley as a step that would determine the State of Israel’s eastern border and the importance of developing and strengthening the settlement in this area, where, despite its historic importance and despite the broad consensus regarding it, only 5000-7000 Israelis live here now and there is no hotel, visitors’ center or restaurant that is capable of holding a large number of guests.

Sovereignty Youth Protest geography map
Read about the letter of members of the sovereignty youth movement submitted to the Minister of Education, Yoav Galant, after a map of the State of Israel without Judea and Samaria was found in a geography textbook.
This is a map of the population density of the State of Israel in which the area of Judea and Samaria is not marked in any color, but is defined as an area for which there is no data.
This infuriated Hodaya, one of the movement's members, and she chose not to remain silent, posted a painful protest post on her Facebook page and later along with the leadership of the Sovereign Youth sent a letter of protest and a call to the Minister of Education not to exclude Judea and Samaria from Israel.

The youth is elevated by its fund-raising campaign
Together with members of Sovereignty Youth, we thank the many who contributed and continue to contribute to the great hasbara campaign, Explaining Sovereignty. The fund-raising campaign is in full swing and it is still possible and important to participate. Every contribution, small or large, will help the youth to carry out the revolution in consciousness, which is gathering strength among the Israeli public.
We are moved by the strength of spirit among the youth, who understand the need for raising the call for sovereignty even, and perhaps especially, at this time. The youth understands that we must not remove sovereignty, even for a short time, from the public political and diplomatic agenda. The youth understands that only with persistence and perseverance will we be able to advance another phase, until we reach the goal itself. We are getting closer; dozens of members of Knesset and ministers already understand and are committed to sovereignty; the media is already quite familiar with the vision and deals with it and its implications; the great masses of Israeli public already know that this is the only political plan that is possible and necessary to promote, and the only question left is how to do it and at what pace. Until only a few years ago, all of this did not exist. The progress upward will continue and will happen only by resolute and hard work by dear activists in all parts of the Land, among them, the dear emissaries of Sovereignty Youth.
